why not just put a little baby powder on the scalp as to absorb any greasiness?

that would be easier than starting over.
3  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Removing Black Hair Dye on: June 10, 2005 05:37:04 PM
it depends on what type of haircolor you have been using.

if it is permanent, then that will be harder than a semi.

I hope that you did not use feria, because that shit is the worst to get out (metallic dyes in general). I have seen some huge disasters when girls come in asking to have their hair returned to natural brown with blond highlights from black feria.

also, you will need a major haircut after undergoing such a major chemical process.

so, yeah. my advice is go to a professional, consult with them about what you options are, and get it done the right way. and remember, stylists/colorists are not miracle workers.

steep 1 tea bag each of chamomile & peppermint in 1 cup boiling water until cool. remove tea bags and stir in 3 tbsp witch hazel, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp honey. mix well before use.

I like to let it dry on my face, then rinse with cool water.

on the subject of inappropriate touching/comments, whatnot...

I have large script that is in Latin across my shoulders, and a piece below the script (beginning of my backpiece). if it is visible, people love to try and pronounce the words. now, most people don't speak Latin. so they say things like "what language is that?!" and "is that spelled wrong?" or "why can't I read that?" or "that's not English!"

well, duh.

the most interesting experience I have had thus far was at whole foods. an old man literally followed me around the store while I was shopping and to the checkout, finally stopping behind me and pulling the top of my shirt down so he could get a better look- without asking me. I damn near clocked him in the face.

I can only anticipate the good times to come when I am heavily tattooed.  Roll Eyes

And for all the Norwegians out there, lutefisk is digusting.  Fish boiled in lye?  Who thought of that?

Man, I remember being a kid hating fish in general, especially Lutefisk,  and hearing "eat it, it's good for you..."

& they wonder why I haven't eaten meat in 9 years.
