1  Re: Deck out your Kitchen Gallery in The Swap Gallery by Peppermom on: February 23, 2009 05:24:39 AM
Thanks to my wonderful partner Rhonda. I did not get picts posted of the wine glasses as I somehow deleted them from my camera> I will take picts of them again.  They were lovely glasses with pink beads on one and blue beads on the other. Then an amazing cookbook, old wine making book, nifty wine bottle labels, cool coasters that my son immediately claimed,  a vinyl sticker, Oh my she also made me a to die for wine bottle opener her name is now Miss Thing. hehehhe I love her so much. Thanks dear.

4  My most favorite pants.. OH HOW COMFY N EASY in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Peppermom on: October 26, 2008 04:34:14 PM
These are from Kwik Sew 3115
Grin I am sooo happy with how these turned out. This was my first attempt at the kwik sew yoga pant pattern. Best is they cost my under 5.00 to make. The velour was from the dollar a yard table at walmart last year before they closed the fabric dept. My 16 yr old asked me to make a pair for her. So I have to get hers done tonight.

Back view. I just had allergy shots in both arms and WOW I guess you can tell I had a reaction. THEY HURT!!!!

5  my first attempt at polymer clay bottle cap. in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by Peppermom on: July 04, 2008 09:06:30 AM
This is my first time doing a polymer clay bottlecap. I have only played with polymer clay a little. ( making play food for the waldorf fairies)  Anyway I did another fish that has more detail than this one but I still think it turned out ok. Hubby drilled a hole for a necklace.  Anyone know where I can get a cutter to make tiny daisy flowers or petals from?

6  My pads in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Peppermom on: January 21, 2008 07:21:12 AM
Here are a few picts of my pads.  I like how they wash up since there are not that many layers inside.   I like that you don't lose pieces in the wash either.
These are all 3 flannel outer. Each has a different combo of layers.

There are some with velour, some with hemp fleece, and some with a layer of PUL for waterproofness.

7  bows bows and more bows in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Peppermom on: October 19, 2006 05:06:11 PM
I have spent the last 2 nights sewing and poking my fingers.. I hope these 15 girls like them..... The Freshman cheerleading squad had to have matching bows, same fabric, same size, same color.... So what does the good mom do??
Order $40.00 worth of ribbon and stays up late... Here is the first batch they needed them for a game tonight out of town.. So I finished the last ones at 5am today.  I have white 1 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch purple to do another bow for the other uniform.. aggh Kara thinks it would be cool to stone it when I am done.. So now off to see if I have 180 crystal ab stones to hot fix on the hair bows.. Agggh I need to stop offering to do things..
My fingers are sore.....   I poked them while I was sewing the bows to the pony bands.......

Then I made a matching make up bag and oragami kellnex/ wallet, and a key fob.  Hmm forgot to send the knitting needles. SHOOOt.. Need to do that.. Do you think this is 40.00 worth?
