1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Harry Potter mandrake baby swaddler on: December 06, 2018 07:38:46 PM

My cousin loves Harry Potter and just had a baby (girl!) so I made her a little swaddler set. I couldn't find a pattern I liked so I made one up. Then I printed a label I found online onto an iron-on paper and put it on a onesie.

Love it! Great job! I love Bob's Burgers, Louise is awesome!
3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Viking baby set on: July 18, 2016 12:22:41 PM
Exactly what every baby barbarian needs to ensure they grow up right!  These are awesome, and I've never seen anybody make something like them before.  I love that you put a bell in the business end of the spiked flail!

Just FYI: the weapon you made is technically a ball-and-chain flail, not a morning star.  Morning stars are rigid, spiked clubs that don't incorporate chains:

cool, thanks for the knowledge! I just went off what the pattern (that I didn't end up using) called it.

I made these for my friends' new baby. The flail has a little bell in the ball part. I pretty much made them as I went along, except I did follow a pattern for the horns.

Adorable! Is that chunky yarn or a small teddy?

Love it! My cat is named Kelda, and I've made a Nac Mac Feegle for a swap before. Wish I had kept it, lol!
