11  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: The Drunk Hobo Hat on: January 05, 2009 09:34:42 PM
That is perhaps the best story I've heard in a long time.  I completely cracked up because, as was mentioned, everyone seems to know "that" person.  But great hat!  And I hope it doesn't get lost... or maybe that's what the ties under the earflaps are for!  Can't lose something that's tied to your head!
12  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Mappa Mundi slippers (self-designed, stranded colourwork) on: November 30, 2008 11:58:21 AM
I'd love it if you could write up a pattern.  The inside photo looks really impressive.  I'm sort of terrified to do something that looks this complex, but since they're small, I figure it's worth a shot.  Awesome job!
13  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Oogie Boogie Costume on: October 28, 2008 08:03:19 PM
I adore nightmare before christmas and that costume is absolutely fantastic!  I could only imagine how hard it is to walk in!  Great job!!
14  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Completed Felted Purse, but need opinions. Bad! on: October 11, 2008 09:21:36 PM
I think it would look fantastic with the flower and maybe a scarf tied around a handle... or some ribbon.  I think it's really lovely!
15  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: The "Dummy Clap" Shawl & Shrug (patt. link included!) on: October 10, 2008 10:06:59 PM
That really is fantastic.  I started making my own Clap with one big ball of yarn and a prayer that I wouldn't run out and somewhere along the way I was thinking... this all would have made so much more sense if the ends were straight.  I WISH I saw this last week!
16  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Feathers and Fans on: September 23, 2008 09:43:56 AM
I've really wanted to make one of these.  It looks nice!  I'd want to add some buttons though so I won't get it stuck on my head every time I have to take it off.  Good job!
17  UNITED STATES / New Jersey / Andover, NJ: Regional Craft Fair on: September 15, 2008 04:42:24 PM
On Saturday Nov 15, 2008 Andover's Long Pond School will be having a craft fair, which I will be a part of!  It's at a junior high school so it might be great for young crafters or those looking for gifts for them!  I've never been part of this show, but I was told that there's plenty of people there.

9 am-4 pm

Long Pond School
707 Limecrest Road
Andover, NJ

Hope to see you there!
18  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Amy Winehouse on: August 08, 2008 08:09:37 AM
This is absolutely fantastic.  I'm absolutely in awe.  I'm so jealous of everyone who can do amazing things with clay!  Congratulations!!
19  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Melancholy Lashes on: July 22, 2008 10:08:33 AM
I realize someone else asked this, but do you have your own laser cutter?  I had one at school (but just graduated, so no more cutting for me) and I really want one!
20  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Teeny Bunny Baby Toy <3 on: July 08, 2008 09:18:21 PM
What type of yarn did you use?  I like the flecks of color in it.  The little guy is very cute and I'm sure the baby will love it! Good job and good luck!
