161  Re: The Great Craftster Scavenger Hunt Round 2 Swap Gallery!! in The Swap Gallery by lady4feet on: October 31, 2006 06:26:49 PM
Edit: My computer works!! Hopefully it will continue to work now, if it does I'll post pics tonight.
And if you do, I can post the list of what I used (since I forgot to put it in the box, and some of them are reeeealllly hard to identify).

Whew thank goodness! I'm going I think this is what she means but I'm not sure. Here are some not all that great pics of the awesome items bigmouth sent me.

Note cards, I love love love the bra one! You can see the serving tray in the background

The serving tray close up, it's a really crappy pic. I tried over 10 times to get a good one before I gave up  Angry. I'm so entranced by it everytime I look at it I see something new. You guys will just have to trust me on it's awesomeness.

My wonderful hoodie with a kite and hot airballoon appliques.

I also got a cute little trinket box with a fabric flower on top, it's painted red and black my favorite colors. My ferret Nibby decided to try and steal it so it got put up on the shelf and missed the photo shoot.

Everythings so great. I keep showing everything to my Hubby but he doesn't seem as impressed as I am that you used so many items  Roll Eyes

I'm glad you liked your coin purse kmac! I must admit I felt a bit unsure when I got your package, it's so awesome! Here's a pic that don't do the little gourd justice at all. There are little ferrets around the gourd and it's dyed a very pretty orange.

My kitty and I received from Hookin Flamingo yesterday. Everything's so cute! Here's a not all that great group shot. There's a adorable mouse, he's so cute! I'm not sure if Miss Kitty is going to get to play with him, lol. You can't tell very well from the pic but his ears stick up. A crochet kitty toy. A magnet that says "Theres no ordinary cats". A key chain. A bracelet. And a new food bowl! How did you know we needed one? Falcor (the dog) broke Miss Kitty's last week so she's been eating out of a cottage cheese container.

Here's Miss Kitty investigating her new toys.

And shortly after this pic was taken Falcor decided he liked the purple kitty toy. Heehee he's kind of hard to see, his hair needs pulled up.

165  Re: CRAFT MY THEME GALLERY!!! in The Swap Gallery by lady4feet on: September 17, 2006 12:19:30 PM
Yay! I received my angel package from Nikkidear yesterday. I was getting ready to leave for work when I saw that package so I had to run inside really quick to tear open the package. My Husbands all "can't this wait until after you get home from work?" Crazy husbands!
Any way my theme was Christmas in July...well now it's Christmas in September. Nikkidear sent me a CD, two cute ornaments, a little necklace, a cube stamp and a stamp set, a scarf and a soft cozy throw. I love the colors in the throw because I can leave it out all year round without a problem  Smiley

Here's a group shot

And here's a close up of the ornaments.

Thank you so much nikkidear! You're a wonderful angel.

The little notebook is awesome! Rackycoo would you mind telling us how you made it? You

The little needlebook is so cute. I need to make my self one of those, my needles keep getting lost in my pincushion  Undecided

I received the coolest mini-shrine from Phizzychick today!!! These pics don't do it justice at all (damn crappy camera Angry ) She tried to combine a lot of my likes and I think she did a great job. There's ferrets, Asian styles and the whole thing has a nice antique look to it. I'm going to have to show this to my Mom when she comes down. Phizzychick used a few cool elephant images which happens to be my Mom's favorite animal.

Here's the front. There is a little bell on the front that you can't see because the only way I could get a pic was to lay it down.

And my favorite part, my own fuzzys Nibby and MooMoo! She got their pics from my avatar.

Here's the back, not a good pic at all.

Thank you so much Phizzychick, it's awesome. Starting to feel some swap anxiety now, lol.

Also does anyone know how to make my photos come up smaller?

167  Re: Harry Potter Fave Character Swap in ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED by lady4feet on: June 22, 2006 03:51:43 PM
Here are my many many pictures. I need to thank coolgrin again because I'm in love with everything! I feel like I seriously under crafted for this round (stupid moving!). Anyways here's my loot please excuse the messy background and dirty mirror  Wink

Group pic of an iron on Hermione shirt, if you can't tell it says I do know everything, it's so cute. Magnates of Fred and George, Hermione and Hagrid (Hermione and Hagrid rate a close second as my fave character). Two muggle additions of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, they're silly putty and the wind up hand shocker thing. And a Dobby hat. I saw a Dobby hat she had made for another swap and thought it was so cute, she must have read my mind.

Group shot of bookplates (Hermione and Fred/George), folder, Fluffy ornament, charm bracelet, a little box that looks like a book (I love boxes), and some of Fred and Georges candy that is really erasers.

Here's a close up of the charm bracelet and Fluffy ornament. The charms are the Eiffel tower, a lock, a heart with an H, a key, an A + and a little umbrella.

Here's Hermonies wand (made out of polymer clay I think) and a closer look at the muggle edition treats.

And an action shot of a tote bag and Dobby hat. The tote bags patch says WWW, if it looks lumpy it's cause as soon as I opened my package (after squealing in delight) I dumped my purse in it.

Photobucket is working for me now. Here is the cool little box I got from fizzledimpulse. She made it herself out of bookboard(think that's what it's called, the material you make book covers out of) and covered it with some cool paper. I love boxes but I have to admit I've never thought of making one myself, lol.

The top and inside

Yay I have pictures! First here's a group shot. The seed packets are lavender (my fave!), cardinal climber (love vines), a flower mix, sweet basil, oregano. The little pots are growing kits for morning glorys, forget me nots and marigolds. Two decorated frames, garden sissors, garden gloves and two towels.

Here is a close up of the pots. They're so cute! The rims of the pots are decorated with buttons, ribbon and colored marbles.

Thank you so much! I love everything.

170  Re: Favorite Alcoholic Drink Swap in The Swap Gallery by lady4feet on: April 27, 2006 05:22:10 PM
This has taken me so long!! First I kept forgetting my camera then it dawned on me that I have a camera on my phone so here some not all that good pictures of the goodies I got from kittykill.

First the best towel ever! My Hubby and I have our kitchen decorated in Jack Daniels(hey we have a lot of left over bottle and a crafty/cheap girl gots to do with what she has) kittykill must have some amazing patients because this is a hand embroidered towel. Which is displayed proudly on our oven handle

These are some various drink decorations and napkins, along with some random stuff that seems to always clutter up the kitchen table. You can't tell very good on the photo but the fruit images actually fold out to be 3-D.

We also got some very yummy winter ale that I'm sad to say made the bud light(walmart has a poor selection of dark beer) we were drinking taste like water!
