2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Cactus in a Pot+ Free pattern link on: March 21, 2014 03:51:29 AM
Some lucky people are born with Green Fingers, but not me.I am never any good at gardening.May be I am born with "a crochet hook" Wink  So I Made Amigurumi Cactus in a Pot Smiley Now I don't have to water it or put it in the sunlight but still it will always be as lovely.. I have used 4ply acrylic yarn and 2.25mm crochet hook to make it.The finished amigurumi is 7.5 inches -from pot's base to flower top.

The original free pattern is from this lovely blog http://elfluvsdwarf.blogspot.in/ Smiley I just made small modification to the pattern to suit my style Smiley

You can see more of my cactus on my blog http://deltazelta.blogspot.in/2013/12/cactus-in-pot-amigurumi-no53-free.html ..... Thanks

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / A mini story of "Chocolate n Elsa " on: February 11, 2014 01:27:02 PM
Hi guys...Let me start by telling you a mini story through amigurumi...

Once Upon a time....There was a little bear ,named chocolate, who loved crafting and mastered the art of crochet...she can crochet from lovely rugs to dresses...everything ....But,alas!She does not know Knitting....So one fine day,she searched the internet and booked herself a tutor, miss Elsa - who can teach her all the mysteries of knitting

Meet the tutor-bear "Elsa" who agreed to teach knitting. She always comes fully prepared with her yarn-bag and knitting needles As she believed to be prepared for any knitting-emergencies at any time

Since then, every afternoon Elsa will come to chocolate's home and started teaching her how to knit.....

Elsa and chocolate are busy planning the knitting projects and how to extend the class so that more bears will be able to learn and knit for themselves...... Smiley

I hope elsa and chocolate will be able to make you smile and  you enjoyed their little-story Smiley
