Wow.. they're gorgeous! Are they heavy? I love the little birds :-)
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Help making a button fly. on: June 15, 2006 12:58:38 PM
Buttonholes suck if you've never done them before, and I wouldn't recommend doing them for the first time on something you actually want to wear. BuschBaby's idea would probably be the easiest for you! (plus, buttonfly shorts take forever to unbutton, especially if the holes aren't perfectly sized... and who wants that if they really need to go to the bathroom??)

ooh very cute- one question though: how do you plan on washing them? the felt would probably come off (or at least pull) in the wash, don't you think? Just a thought...

8  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: a shepardess? on: May 20, 2006 02:03:29 PM
I'd make him a little white Jumper with a hood and ears then glue or tack the roving on. Do you know what I mean?  Then I'd simply paint his face black with costume makeup. Would that work? Do you sew or only knit? If that idea works for you, I'd be happy to help you out in any way necessary. Just let me know.
