1  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Discussion and Questions / Creative Use for Carport Shed on: February 07, 2006 12:05:42 PM
I recently bought a house and have spent all of my time fixing up the inside but haven't done much of anything with the outside.  I've got a great big backyard with a deck that's perfect for parties and stuff, only problem with the backyard is that there's this huge 3 car shed/car port thingy and storage shed  It's quite an eyesore.  Pictures are here:

I'm going to keep the storage shed because I use it to keep my lawnmower and other yard items in, but I'm going to paint it.  My question is, what can I do with the carport shed thingy?  Huh The man that owned the house before me parked his vintage cars underneath, but I have no need for anything like that.  I thought about just tearing it down, but it's a perfectly good structure so was hoping I could think of some creative use for it.  I've started growing grass under there (as it was just dirt) and thought about hanging a hammock between two of the posts, but beyond that I'm clueless.  Any good ideas?  Feedback is greatly appreciated!  Smiley
