3  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Plushie Noob... on: September 06, 2011 04:51:31 PM
Hello my fellow craftsters.   Smiley  I am looking to recreate a plushie that I found the pattern for online.  However, this is my first ever plushie but I just can't seem to figure out how I would stitch on the ears...What would you do?

Would you stitch them on last or would you somehow attach them in the middle of sewing?  I'm just so confused!

Your help would be lovely & oh so appreciated!

Here is the pattern -

& here is where Cicadastudio noted it was a free pattern & good luck since she wouldn't be able to make a tutorial most likely.

(note, I'm not interested in the tusks)

I love the tree!!!  A friend of mine & I will be doing this in her bedroom but more of a lacy inspired look.  How did you attach them to your wall?  I couldn't ever figure that part out. lol.

Wow how awesome! I was looking at it and wondering if I could do it just by leaving it outside. Smiley I live in Texas and we've been have 100+ temperatures for the past 2 months almost.

Well.. crayons can and do melt in cars.. maybe you could.  Grin

I actually saw this on youtube today & thought about you guys!!!  She did this in her car.  She didn't say how hot it got but it took about an hour from her comments.

I love this!  I know t-shirt material tends to curl, what did you do to prevent that?
