11  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Mother's Day / the boyfriends mom checked off now what about my own mother. on: April 30, 2007 08:39:22 PM
so this is what i did for my boyfriends mom.
she likes animal print so i found this perfect.
and the mismatched buttons are my favorite.
i also saw somewhere on here where someone
made a tea cup candle and i plan to do that
with a beautiful coffee cup.

thats the card.

now heres the question, what to do for my own mother.
shes very religious but then again not.
she just likes things like crosses and christian music.
any ideas?  Undecided

13  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / book pages + modge podge = trinket box [more] on: April 20, 2007 03:41:48 PM
so i just got bored and had some old books laying around
so i decided to try this out.
i was thinking about selling these actually.
does anyone have any idea what they would go for.
i was thinking $5.

i burned the edges on this one and dated it a little with some tea.

this one is just aged with coffee.

oh and i was wondering should i do the inside too?
or put something inside like some sort of lining?
any opinions are appreciated.  Smiley

17  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / peacock royalty dress. [edited] on: March 29, 2007 11:04:16 PM
im on a roll kids. (:

this dress makes me feel like royalty
that or really old because of the material.
i think its missing something.
i think it needs something on the front
like a little closure over my boobs.
like a strip or something with a little button on the other side.
i dont know.
what do you think?
