Hi all, i'm relatively new to sewing. im pretty confident with my skills so far - i've already made a few baggy shirts snug and reconstructed a few tops of mine, and i think im ready for a dress. i had my boyfriend go through his closet and he lovingly donated this really pretty short sleeved button down of his - it's cotton and black/gray/white plaid.
i'm making it into a dress, and i'm not completely sure what i want to do with the collar. i'd like it to look more casual, and accentuate my chest if at all possible.. if anybody has any ideas for that i'd love to hear them! i don't want it to be a tube top or a halter though.
