1  Duct Tape Dalek in Halloween Costumes by Legal_Beagle on: October 31, 2011 09:55:26 AM
This year for Halloween I wanted to make my own costume. I saw someone posted a Dalek costume on here https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=363204.0 so I thought that is a wonderful idea. Unfortunately, I haven't really learned to sew yet. Except for by hand and I wasn't going to do a costume by hand (although I have done that once). Anyway, I made this completely out of duct tape. There is no material underneath it. the dots are Styrofoam covered in duct tape and the base is a hula hoop. Hope you enjoy!!

And here is one more of me and my boyfriend before heading out
