A little pricey I guess but I ordered some fabric from a website in America which does some really gorgeous retro/vintage reproduction fabrics. It's called retro depot fabrics http://www.retrodepotfabrics.com

It's mostly cottons I ordered a couple of yards (annoyingly Americans use yards, what are they in the dark ages??) and it's pretty good quality. Price wise as the dollar is so low to the pound it's more or less half price for us in the UK though the P&P brings it up a bit.

There just doesn't seem to be anywhere that sells stuff like this in the UK. Although the Cloth House does do some nice but not always that interesting fabrics too http://www.clothhouse.com/

I've been searching around for beads too! In particular I'm looking for large round plastic ones. I've stumpled across some great bead shops but they all sell the same bog standard boring beads everywhere!

I bought some large wooden beads from this bead shop that does online orders from Nottingham http://www.mailorder-beads.co.uk they ship real fast too!

Hey Camilla

Just visited your new website! It's fantastic!! It so so lovely Smiley

Did Aaron make your lovely felty cakes? It's very strange i've only meet him a few times but i always seem to remember him saying he wanted to make a website out of felt.

You've inspired me to pull my socks up and finish my site!

OOh yeah i really love the oak leaf hotwater bottle cover and your kids annual badges are you going to be selling them soon?? I'd love to buy some.

Its weird tho i got emailed about an article dazed and confused are running in january about zines and stuff but they never replied to my reply either. I dunno magazine researchers are a lazy bunch!

http://www.miaowmeow.com- not there yet but maybe if I put it on here it'll magically appear
Any more thoughts on shared webspace/hosting?

Thanks for the link to Miaow Meow Smiley

Yikes!  Undecided Maybe it will inspire me to pull up my socks and  design the site.

I'm in the process of redesigning my webzine this summer so after can put my thinking cap on about shared webspace/hosting!
