You did a great Job...
26  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Neckwarmer or Cowl on: December 28, 2011 07:35:24 PM

Started with a chain of 34 but next time I think I will do less as it seems too BIG (to wide) so maybe around 28.. I wanted to create a scarf for my dad that he didn't have to worry about loosing it just slide right over your head and down your neck...plus less inches to get in the way or could in a zipper of a coat.

As you can see it can nicely fit up around your ear/nose to keep you warm on cold nights.

Or you can easily dress up an outfit or hid a few Love Marks...
27  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Fingerless Gloves on: December 19, 2011 05:43:40 PM

A co-worker need a pair of fingerless gloves for a Xmas present for her dd so I whipped these up with out a pattern I think I did pretty good the first pair I tried making years ago ending up being too BIG 3 peoples hands would fit in one ripped those out and decided I couldn't make them I was wrong I just needed a few years of crochet experience and my fave use more then just one hook to get the gauge/size you want. I gave her a  Gray pair and now I am addicted to making more :O) to give away very quick gifts and just 1 ball of peaches & cream yarn was needed to make a pair...I think if you use RHSS you could get a least 2-3 pairs or a nice Hat & and pair of gloves for $2.28 and some time :O)

Yes when you thinking about the WHY DIDN'T I THINK ABOUT THIS?? because simple common sense leaves us plus we are visual people for the DUH why didn't I think about making these lol Hate when that happens...
