It was well worth the work! Sometimes my best projects are the ones that took the longest to do!

137  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / I'm Looking at YOU! on: June 08, 2011 07:47:49 PM

I made this sweet little monster from Bernat's free pattern.  I used RH SS yarn.  The only modifications I made was I made the eyes different lengths and used buttons instead of embroidery for the eyes.  It's for my daughter.  I've made three others (different monsters - there are 4 to pick from) and they are all easy to make!  I hope you like her!

This little bib is made from the free Lily pattern off their website and is made with 100% Cotton Lily yarn in pastle multi colors.  The wipe is just a square with the bib trim put around it.

I have also made some of these.  They are so easy and pretty.  Do you have problems with the "band" part stretching so they become to big? If so how did you fix it?
140  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Husband's Stolen Henley turned into Skirt + Bunny on: April 29, 2011 09:09:15 PM
You did a great job and no one will see the waist with your shirt over it! Smiley  I recently have started reconstructing t-shirts into skirts.  I will have to look for a man's henley to make your skirt.  The flowers are a great addtion and the colors really compliment the skirt!
