hi, I have a question about this pattern, since the pattern is a given in a size small, if I knit it in a bigger size would i still pick up only 120 stitches after the hem, or since i knit the ruffle longer to accomadate my size, woukd i pick up more stitches, and if so how many more?

Hi, I know this is a very old thread but maybe if it is pushed to a new topic, someone can help me. I'm knitting this skirt the size large, but because of twisted stitches i had to take it off the needles, and it seems huge, way to big for me, did anyone knit this? if so what size? and was the size the right one?
