I want to make them all for her! Last is a pic of baby uggs i did for my niece from a pattern here on craftster - Love this website!

Here is the pink sweater....

And the baseball jersey shirt

and last - the baby uggs....

2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / My First Full Sweater! Black w/Pink bow on: October 27, 2005 07:52:26 AM
Here is my first 'real" sweater with sleeves - It is a pattern from the sept. Creative Knitting magazine , on page 15. - I used 2.5 balls of Softy Chunky black with a size 10 needle - The pink bow was just some scrap yarn i had - I plan to make many different kinds/colors of bows to switch out through the eyelet round at the top, so that i can have different looks and pic which color I want to change it to - It came out pretty much just the way I wanted, so I am happy :-)

3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Summer wrap skirt/ sarong bathing suit cover up - sz 35 needles!- NOW W PATTERN on: June 10, 2005 05:58:58 AM
Hi everyone! Ok - so going away this weekend i needed a new bikini cover up  - i made up this pattern using my size 35 needles and then my size 17 to do the waist band... the whole project only took be about 2.5 hrs to make! I got a lot of compliments over the weekend.... i used simple white acrylic and used only a small ammount of yarn -

Here is photos of the skirt, and my friends thought it would look cute as a wrap top too!

It is 3 rows of garter, then one row with Knit one, YO twice, then the next row drop the 2 yo, and knit  - then 3 rows garter again! Then change to the smaller needles to do the waist band all in garter.... I cast on 30 st. in all ....
4  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Spring Cape for my Chihuahua "sasha" on: June 01, 2005 07:19:01 AM
Here is the result of a sweater that i had started for myself, that somehow got off track, so i converted it into a sweater for my little darling Sasha - She is a 1 year old chihuahua who weighs 12lbs! Isnt she super cute? The design of the sweater allows me to attach her leash to her harness - so it is perfect!!

7  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / substitute for a ribbon yarn? on: April 19, 2005 10:05:29 AM
Hi - I wanted to make a few patterns that call for ribbon yarn, but i was wondering if there is a reg. yarn ( like a worsted weight acrylic) that would work ok as a sub? Maybe if i held 2 strands tog. to make it thicker? Has anyone ever tried this and if so, what yarn would you say worked best? thanks~
