Thanks for the quick reply, Frenchonion! Looks like I'll have to be bold, daring, and make a pair! See how they turn out. Cheesy

How do the sprinkles hold up over time? Does the fixative keep the sugar from breaking down? I'd love about 26 pairs of these, but I'd want to make sure that I could wear them to work a few times without A) Attracting ants to my desk, and B ) Leaving a trail of sprinkles wherever I went... Overall, though, OMG! THESE ARE ADORABLE!!!!!!!!
24  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Reconstructed Purple Prom Dress :D (image heavy!) on: April 11, 2011 12:14:26 PM
AMAZING! I love the shade of purple and the lace detailing. I'm actually having a bit of trouble layering lace over satin, any tips?

I think it's great that you've made it into three pieces of clothing (skirt, top, and dress!). This is great. Cheesy
25  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: 1st knitting - Harry Potter scarf! on: April 11, 2011 12:06:20 PM
Holes, you say? I can't see them. Way to tackle multiple colors on your first knitting project! This is very nice, and the colors sure do pop! Well done.

Oh, and on a side note, since you're entering into the world of knitting, I wanted to ask, have you seen this book? http://www.amazon.com/Charmed-Knits-Projects-Harry-Potter/dp/0470067314/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1302548720&sr=8-1

It has how to make Dobby socks and Weasly sweaters and the like, beginner to advanced patterns. You may just like it!

In summary, WOW! Nice job!

WOW! I love this idea! I detest holiday sweaters and hats and things, but I adore sarcasm, so this one is pretty much an epic win in my book. Well done! Also, the details on the pine-tree as well as the deer is amazing. Did you make the chart yourself?

So great! I would love to see how you made these, I'd never think to make nesting bowls out of fabric. They're beautiful.

I saw this and knew exactly what it was from the thumbnail! It's really well done!!! Just like in the film! I love the little Dopey doll at her feet too. Now send her to the mines! LOL.
