1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Filet Crochet Boba Fett on: September 10, 2013 05:30:15 AM
Following my filet crochet Darth Vader ( https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=419187.0#axzz2eUZHAGJg ), I decided to do another one. I stuck with Star Wars since that is my husband's favorite, and came up with Boba Fett.
I did manage to pin this one to dry much better than I did the Darth Vader, but hey, Vader was the first I had ever done.

2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Filet Crochet Darth Vader on: January 16, 2013 08:01:36 PM
I recently learned the basics of filet crochet, and I immediately came up with a design for something for my husband. He is a huge Star Wars fan, so I started looking for some inspiration there, and this is what I ended up with. He loves it!

3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Glow in the dark batman iphone case on: August 18, 2012 01:48:22 PM
I just finished this up, and it looks awesome. I used a black case, and found some glow in the dark thread to stitch this up. I love it!

4  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Computer memory picture frame on: August 12, 2012 06:53:17 AM
This picture frame is designed to hold your... memories!
I saw a picture for one of these once, somewhere online, and I just knew that I had to make one myself. It was incredibly easy to make, and I may make a few more. This brings out the geeky side of me.

5  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Plastic Canvas Pocket Folder on: August 11, 2012 08:45:03 PM
I just finished up making these pocket folders out of plastic canvas. I love how they turned out! Perfect for Back-To-School!

6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Plastic Canvas Road Sign Magnets on: July 06, 2012 05:38:46 AM
For some reason, I have been really big into plastic canvas things lately. After making the Classic Car Keeper https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408754.0, and the Pansy Tissue Box Cover https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=409796.0, I wanted to make something pretty simple and easy. I dug through the patterns that I have and came up with these road sign magnets.

For some reason, I decided to make 2 sets, too. I cut and stitched everything in assembly-line fashion, and it was faster and easier that way. They ended up great! I just need another fridge to put all these magnets that I keep making!

7  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Pansy Tissue Box cover on: June 08, 2012 08:29:24 PM
I came across a pattern for a matching tissue box cover and jewelry box set, and I knew I had to make at least one of them. I chose the tissue box cover.

Each petal and leaf were stitched individually, then added to the cover. It was a bit of a pain, so I probably won't make the matching jewelry box. I love how this turned out, though, the way the colors pop against the black background.

8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Classic Car Keeper on: May 18, 2012 06:22:21 AM
I found a pattern for this online and loved it, so I just had to make it. It's a keepsake holder that looks like a classic car. There is a tray that comes out where you can store some small items.
This is made out of plastic canvas, and was fun to make. I hadn't ever made anything like this before, and I think it turned out great.

9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Texas Rangers cross stitch iphone case on: April 04, 2012 08:13:56 AM
I made this for a friend of mine as a Thank You gift. She is a big Texas Rangers fan, so I cross stitched the logo onto an iphone case and gave it to her.
I'm just glad I remembered to take a picture of it!

10  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Cross stitch iphone 4 cases on: March 19, 2012 05:27:16 AM
I've recently gotten hooked on making cross stitch iphone 4 cases. I've completed these four so far, and have patterns planned for at least four more. These are so much fun. The crazy part is... I don't even own an iphone! These are fun to make, though!
