Your Daughter has good taste and a very creative Mom!  The Blue is an awesome color.  The chandelier is fantastic!  My daughter would go ga-ga over this room!

ADORABLE!  I love vintage patterns, they seem to fit my kiddos better.  What a fantastic birthday gift!!

You might want to move the zipper to the side so you can streamline the fit.  http://www.uniquepatterns.com/education/sewing-insider/

Stick to the gathers, pleating isn't always a good look on us busty types.  The pleats tend to stretch out over the girls in a very unflattering way.

I actually like the Simplicity patterns that have the different cup sizes.  Go to their website and scroll down on the left hand side to special collections.  The patterns are pretty basic and you can embellish them easily.  Every few weeks or sew Joanns and/or Hancock fabric stores have the patterns for $1.99.

That is really cute!  You did a great job and ten bucks is WAY better than $44!

These all have long sleeve options.  The fabric will make it an Easter dress!!
