1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Megaman dog helmet/hat on: November 19, 2010 01:09:01 PM
That is so cute. Also, I'm really impressed with Conan keeping the hat on. My dog probably wouldn't keep it on long enough for me to take a picture.

That is a really clever idea and so cute.
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Button-up chunky cardigan on: November 19, 2010 01:00:59 PM
That's amazing. It looks so comfy. How long did it take you?
4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: In memory of my Annie on: November 16, 2010 06:59:53 PM
That is great way to remember your poodle. I'm sorry about the loss of Annie. I can't imagine what it must be like to live without her now.  I hope that I can have as many years with my poodle.
5  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: ACTIVE: GRANNY-A-DAY for November! start: 11-01-2010 on: November 15, 2010 08:00:13 PM
I decided to work on my squares while waiting for my car to be worked on and I was asked if I was pregnant because I was crocheting. I'm not pregnant and I don't look it either. I guess some people aren't used to seeing someone crochet. I did get a couple squares done, so my total is up to 18.

Also, I like the colors Rogneta.
6  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: Why are you Vegetarian/Vegan? on: November 08, 2010 02:32:25 PM
I've been turned off from meat ever since my brother told me where hot dogs come from. It was a defining moment in my life; however, my mom still made me eat meat. My mother finally gave up trying to make me eat meat when I was 12.  I've been a vegetarian ever since.   I don't find it difficult to be a vegetarian. It really is a habit now.

He is awesome! I would love to make him for my brother. I think it is amazing when people can crochet such awesome things without a pattern.  It is really impressive.

Good job with the sweater. The sweaters I've made for my dog always end up too large or too small. Your sweater fits him really well and I love the pattern. Also, he is adorable!

I love seeing how everyone is doing. It is really encouraging. I'm at 12 granny squares so far. I'm hoping I can keep it up.
