261  Another paper covered box! in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by StickerChic87 on: September 15, 2010 07:22:01 PM
I've been saving small boxes lately and have been addicted to making them 'pretty.' This time a BandAid box got the makeover!

A few of my pages (I'm using a book I purchased from an antique store!)...

Sometimes I use paper to create!

Sometimes I sketch!

Sometimes a mix.

And sometmes I doodle with crayons!

263  Paper covered cream cheese box! in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by StickerChic87 on: August 23, 2010 10:31:22 PM
So I was baking and couldnt bear to throw the cream cheese box away. I grabbed some paper I'd been saving for something special and this is what I came up with! I just pasted the paper and some cardstock bits on and added the lock brad...What do you think?

264  My first handmade book :) in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by StickerChic87 on: August 18, 2010 01:20:02 PM
My first attempt at a handmade book was a success! Although I only used regular thread to bind it; I think I need to buy some heavier thread. I'm going to use it as a mini phone book to keep in my purse, as my husband and I only hve one cell phone, and he usually carries it. This way, if I'm at work, I'll have all my numbers with me!

There are little stick people in a corner of every page.

265  My first (few) inchies... in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by StickerChic87 on: August 13, 2010 09:07:09 PM
Not too in depth, but I decided to give them a fruit theme (I was cutting up a watermelon right before Smiley)

A couple of pages I just did...

Inspired by my dads rehearsal dinner tonight for his wedding tomorrow...that one piece on the right is just reflecting the light.

I had some bits left over from the first one...not finished though.

267  Refurb'd picture frame in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by StickerChic87 on: August 09, 2010 08:23:19 AM
So my mom found this nifty little wall hanging in the attic when she moved into her new house, and was just going to throw it out! I snatched it, cleaned it (please excuse the dust that has accumulated since Smiley) and put my thinking cap on. I decided to paste some paper into the backs of each of the little cubbies (there is actually little mirrors behind them) and dug up some photos of my husband and I from when we were kids and pasted them in. The plan is once we start a family to add pictures of our kids to the empty spaces, and maybe a few trinkets from future family vactions, outings, etc. I would have liked to paint the wood first, but it actually ended up fine because my bedspread is a chocolate brown so I'm going with a brown/teal theme. ANYWAYS, take a look Smiley
