1  Cedar's Trellis Cardi in Knitting: Completed Projects by bigang100 on: March 20, 2007 01:58:51 PM
This is for my friend's brand-spankin'-new baby, Cedar.  I got the pattern from Knitty, and it's called Trellis.  I haven't put buttons on it yet, but I still think it's pretty cute!

2  Turtle Snake, yes....you read right in Knitting: Completed Projects by bigang100 on: March 16, 2007 10:27:06 AM
There is, of course, a long story that goes along with this, but I think we can all just appreciate a turtle snake for what it is...

It's a combo:  Sheldon & Kimberly Chapman's snake.

3  Re: Rusted Root in Knitalongs by bigang100 on: March 14, 2007 09:54:18 AM
Here's my Rusted Root.  Despite the look on my face, I'm quite happy with this knit.  Easy and fun pattern.  I used Knitpicks Shine Worsted weight in Ebony.

4  Ghetto Band-aid...This is how much my husband loves me. in Completed Projects by bigang100 on: February 02, 2007 01:31:50 PM
I thought that my husband was so crafty that I had to post.  I cut myself and we didn't have any band-aids...this is what he came up with.  If anyone needs a tutorial, I would be happy to post one:-)

7  Re: Flower Basket Shawl in Knitting: Completed Projects by bigang100 on: November 07, 2006 09:57:59 AM
I made this for my mom for her birthday (at the end of Nov.).  I made it in Lorna's Laces in a deep burgundy.  I love it!  I haven't even blocked it yet and it's still beautiful!

Great job!!!  Your mom will love it!

***Update***  Here's my Flower Basket Shawl!!!  It looks so much more beautiful when it's blocked!

8  Debbie Bliss Boat Neck Aran?? From Cathay Book? in Knitalongs by bigang100 on: June 09, 2006 11:51:34 AM
Has anyone made this??  Want to make this??  I just cast on the other day.  The pattern is a lot of fun, but a little difficult to follow without a chart.  If you want to make it, let me know...I've made charts!

Here's a link to the pattern:

Also, a picture of my progress so far:

9  Knit & Tonic's Dream Swatch in Knitting: Completed Projects by bigang100 on: June 09, 2006 08:15:52 AM
I just finished the Dream Swatch.  It knit up quickly with some left over Lorna's Laces in the Safari colorway.  Now I know what to do with the other tiny balls of LL's left over from socks!!  (it used hardly any yardage)

I've finally gotten around to taking some photos of my Fad-Classic.  I'd also like to say thank you to my wonderfully patient model, Cousin Pammy.
