EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEEEEEEEEEEE!!! My package from Louvery arrived just now! You should've seen me giggle and bounce around the letterbox when I realised what had just been delivered! Cheesy

This is what it contained: a lovely letter, a trinket box (shaped like a golden wingd hat Cheesy ) containing a mobile/camera/bag charm! Cheesy The trinket box will come in really handy, as I've far too many earrings XD I'm debating hanging Mr Fusspott from my Adora Belle clutch, but I'd hate to lose him D:

Close-up of the hat:

And of the Mr Fusspott charm:

I'd just done my nails, and the Postmaster's glitter stuck to the still-moist (ahahahaha) polish:

Oh, yes, isn't that the one with the hard-working climber who first braves the summit, and next thing you know, there's a lift installed and even your nan can enjoy the view?

I posted on the Terry Pratchett facebook page, btw Cheesy

Oh gods, that mug is fantastic! Cheesy I love the happy little faces on the hippos Cheesy

I think you guys should link this thread to Terry Pratchett's facebook account so he can see all the wonderful things you all are making! I know I'm loving this gallery! ^_^

Ooooh, that's a really good idea! Cheesy

They like skinny Buddhas in Thailand, India, etc Wink

I don't actually wear it all that much; I need my wrists to be relatively free of clutter when working.

Oooh, yes, and the way some Roundworld concepts translate into Discworld things Cheesy

27  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: SQUEAK - Discworld's Death of Rats on: September 09, 2010 03:31:23 PM
XD When it comes to making any kind of doll, I'm pretty much from the School Of Making It Up As We Go Along in I'm Sure It Wasn't Supposed To Look Like That Town. (Despite what my gran tought me!) I just looked at all sorts of pictures of rat skulls and thought about getting the most simplified shape which would still be recognisable.

What can I say? I just like odd soft toys Wink The raven might be a nice side project for my autumb break. My magpie will model for it XD

Cheesy wow awesome photos!
did you cut your hair short for the con?! Shocked

Those photos are from the 2006 Con, and I'd had my hair short for quite a while at that point. I just picked a character I could be with hair styled the way it was Wink (There was more to it, but this isn't really the topic in which to elaborate on such things!) It's quite a lot longer, these days XD

@Chuggypig: Laughter was the reaction aimed for Cheesy

The 'kerchief had to be wrested off of Nobby, of course Wink Drumknott has personally overseen the cleaning cycles, and made sure it was pressed and ready to smell like it never belonged to Nobby Nobbs in the first place. Tongue

@Pobble: it's not a secret, as far as I'm aware, but I will PM you. Smiley I have two fridge magnets from the same line, depicting Lipwig and Lord V. Wink

The portrait was tiny XD It's about, er, three by two centimeters? The two work together because, while ballpoint is stronger than pencil, it's still a soft enough medium to go with the watercolours.

If you like to share stories, you can, although perhaps this is not the place XD Although the pinstripe anecdote is fun, I have to admit.

Going through swap galleries from fandoms you're part of is always great, but I like that, on this occassion, I'm actually part of this Hysterical Happening.

So SO sad I can't sign up for this, after all D: This is my final year in art college, and it's started with a bang. The crafting period for this swap coinsides with my assessments D:
