22  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Cat lovers swap on: July 18, 2010 10:31:53 AM
It would probably be my first, but I would be very interested in a kitty themed swap.
When I got stationed in Germany I had to leave my four cats back in Texas, and I miss them. So, this would bring me a bit of happiness!

23  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: All Things Hayao Miyazaki Swap GALLERY on: July 17, 2010 03:01:02 PM
I'm still new to Craftster, but I had to look at the goodies you all sent one another in this swap. Let me just tell you this has to be one of the coolest swaps I've seen. I was actually tearing up by the end of the photos and posts. This stuff is awesome. I'm such a geek when it comes to Hayo Miyazaki and his work.
I have to say the bathroom keys are what started making me choke up. hahaha! They are awesome.

Just had to put it out there. You all are AWESOME!

The little purple bird is way too cute, and the book mark with the little yellow dude is awesome. I love the stitching around the edges - adds a sweet touch.

I LOVE little crocheted stuff. I wish I knew how to do it.

These tattoos are making me want to go get more of mine! AWESOME!
26  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Doctor Who Nesting Dolls on: June 29, 2010 01:24:34 AM
My daughter and I just discovered the Dr. Who series, I know, I know...shame!
However, when you're stationed in Germany and you have limited TV access, and it was your childhood babysitter, you miss it a bit.
Back to the point - INCREDIBLE. Thank you for posting such incredible photos of these. They are wonderful.
I've thought about purchasing some that are fairly cheap and doing something like this with Alice in Wonderland.

As a photographer looking for fresh ideas with make up for my models, I LOVE this. Thank you for the instructions. This is an instant fave and will be bookmarked.

Incredible. Smiley

That is hillarious, and completley wonderful.
I'm afraid to get the actual piercing...so, this would be a cool pin cushion for me. Thanks for the idea.

I DO LOVE these! Grin Sorry to yell. But, they made me SQUEE!

I don't know how to crochet well, but I'd LOVE to make some of these. So, I'm going to have to find your blog.
Thank you!
P.S. Gosh, I miss going to Austin at least twice a month. Oh, Toy Joy, how I miss thee!
