when i want to make a miniature of a larger pattern, i follow the pattern in its entirety and just substitute with a tiny hook and thread.

thanks everyone  Cheesy

jacobsmomma, no i didn't make a pattern for it and i would, but i have no idea how to explain adding the second layer of cheese and lettuce without recreating it and taking a million photos.

if i have time, i'll post it here to share Smiley
17  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Knitted Monster Mash on: February 26, 2011 11:49:19 AM
I just watched a couple videos on the magic loop method. It doesn't look hard at all.
Maybe I'll pick up one of DangerCraft's patterns after your recommendation!

I love knit ami's! I've always been more drawn to them than crochet kinds, but I haven't attempted any since I've only been knitting for barely a couple months.

Thanks so much for your help! I'll let you know how it goes Cheesy

OMG,i love them to pieces!!!

i recently saw a pattern similar to these on etsy and haven't stopped thinking about them since.
i can't wait to be a more advanced knitter so i can make knit amis rather than crochet!
