11  Shoulderbag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Mari D. on: July 13, 2010 01:51:30 PM
I sewed a small shoulder bag, made out of a fabric, that I don't know how it's called, sorry, and the inside is made out of cotton fabric.

Making it was easy, but since I am new to sewing, I took some time till it was how I liked most.

I used a crocheted rose as an option to close it instead of a button, or even zipper. And the handle is a cotton string, finger knitted.

I think it turned out really nice, for those days where we don't wanna carry a big purse, and still look cute.

12  Ladybug in Completed Projects by Mari D. on: June 03, 2010 07:32:53 PM
I created a ladybug in felt, my first tentative in felting. Sewed by hand.
I think it ended up cute.
Good for kids, or use as a pin cushion.
