1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / What type of bind off should I use? on: December 29, 2010 12:40:35 PM
I am knitting a raspberry stitch scarf and don't know how to bind it off. I want something that doesn't look bad or stand out too much. Because it's a scarf both sides are going to show. I used a long tail cast on and would like the other side to look similar to that.
2  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Cross-stitched joke on: June 13, 2010 10:01:27 PM
There is a very funny man out in the world of clean comedy named Tim Hawkins. One day I was perusing YouTube and found this hilarious video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jdWH9N-JXI

I was inspired.

I had recently completed a little cross stitching kit that I found and had some leftover thread. The very quote "You're not gonna see that cross stitched" made me want to prove him wrong.

So here it is....His favorite verse.
