OMG! How cute are these guys! I love the Beetlejuice thing. Imagine having a pair as bookends or DVDends for a Tim Burton collection... Mmm, might have to follow up on that idea. :-)

5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Macrame Bits and Bobs on: August 29, 2010 01:17:27 PM
Hi! This is my first post. Ooh!  Cheesy
Anyway,I made these as gifts for people when I left work. I used different techniques- some macrame, kumihimo (japanese weaving on a round loom), bottlecaps covered in fabric and felt and celtic knotwork.
It was really fun making them all!

I love them! I think they're awesome and a great way to use kilt pins- I keep seeing them in my craft store and wondering what I could do with them. In craft we trust!  Smiley
7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Do *all* home schoolers wear clown dresses to prom? **FORMAL PIC OBESE on: April 29, 2010 09:40:53 AM
I am totally jealous of your sewing and design skills and just... WOW! I love the outfit- it is gorgeous. My idea of a pattern draft is that a skirt is a triangle with the top chopped off. I think it'll be some time before I can make a dress like yours but I'll keep trying.  Smiley You've totally inspired me!
