I am usually not a fan of yoyos but these look really cute on a headband. I think it might be your color choice  Smiley

13  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Embroidery Hoopla R3 - OTT Edition Gallery on: January 13, 2011 02:04:13 PM
Oh waterbaby! I'm sooo glad you like the little bird! I literally haven't done embroidery since I was a little girl (25-30 years ago) Whew! I had a little swap anxiety going there lol.

The bird I found on a google image search. I think your questionaire said you like nature and whimsy, so I combined the two lol. It was just a line drawing and I thought it was really cute. I like the Dr. Seuss comparison, that really made me feel good. As for the back, I saw a post somewhere that someone had done a back similar to that, but I couldn't refind the post so I just kind of made it up as I went along lol.
14  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Ear cuffs with Swarovski crystals on: January 13, 2011 08:02:56 AM
These are so awesome! I get so excited when I see an ear in a thumbnail because I know it's your beautiful ear cuffs! lol.

Just one question: The cuffs look like they would be heavy with all the beads hanging off. Do you have issues with that? What do you do to make up for it? (ok thats 2 questions lol)

Awww! Gus is so cute! My cats would never pose with a costume on lol. I think they would flop over and become ragdolls or run away scared. Nice job  Smiley
