1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Military-ish jacket on: June 03, 2010 08:54:18 PM
i am slightly in love with this jacket. I don't care if I can't read Finnish, i have just made plans to make a jacket like this. And I love the buttons

I love shorts like those. So many athletic shorts are baggy and you can see up them when you sit down, those looks really comfortable and creeper free (aka they are not baggy and you can not see up them, sorry if that sounds weird, but it's a pet peeve).

Even though I'm now in college (i just graduated high school today!) I love phineas and ferb and i would wear that in a heartbeat.

7  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Jellyfish tobogan! First Post! on: May 15, 2010 08:03:26 PM
A while back, I was creepin around on Craftster and I saw a Jellyfish amigurumi (I can't seem to refind the thread, but props to whoever that was) and I realized it would be a quick stash buster for some leftover pink yarn (I think it is the Hobby Lobby "I Love This Yarn!" brand, which btw I do love, it's cheap, soft and goes wonderfully through the wash). I love hats and I've always loved the long stocking caps, or the skier hats with the fake dreads, and I figured I could mesh the two and make a jellyfish hat. I based the tobogan part loosely off the lion brand earflap pattern (pattern #70318AD) and then the tentacles are a mess of random single crochet, where I would crochet twice or three times into the same stitch in order to get it spiral.

C+C please, I would love to get better at crocheting!

I'm not completely sure if I uploaded the pictures correctly, just in case here is a link to pictures:
