1  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Discussion and Questions / Gardening in the gutter on: February 20, 2012 07:42:52 PM
This idea was passed along in our Garden Club newsletter this month.  I have a yard, but the sunny side has the absolute worst soil and the moles are a constant nuisance.  I would also suggest using these along a deck/balcony railing or a fence.  I'm sure there are some kinds of clips that could be used to avoid damage.

Some info can be found in this news article:
2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Rocky & Bullwinkle on: September 09, 2011 04:22:08 PM
I did a search, and didn't see any mention of Rocky & Bullwinkle for many months!  Cry

I love them, and live darn close to Frostbite Falls!

Some swap suggestions might be:

Amigurumi of Rocky, Bullwinkle, Boris, Natasha
  Rocky's aviator cap
  Bullwinkle's letter sweater
I really want a diploma from Watsamatta U - I would so hang it on my wall at work!!

It's been so long since I've seen them, I can't even think of anything else at the moment.  Off to search the interwebs for Bullwinkle goodness!!  Flying squirrel love to you all >.<

4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Enhancing color of paper chalking on: May 15, 2011 05:28:26 PM
I want to have a richer color when I use my Craf-T chalks on cardstock.  What alternatives do I have besides buying the Craf-T Chalk Enhancer stuff??  I don't have any place to buy it anywhere nearby, and would like some cheap/free alternatives. . .

My first posted ATC - not the first I've made, but so cute!  Birthday gift for SlyFox

Mr. Reynard

Watercolourish background doesn't show well, but the sky is blue and the grass is green.  Doesn't he just look like he got caught making mischief?

Tiny fox - a birthday gift to SlyFox

The cell phone pic isn't very good, but he is well loved in his new home!

7  Wisconsin / Wisconsin: Northwest / Burnett County on: May 26, 2010 10:12:39 AM
I know that there are a lot of artisans of all varieties in Burnett County, and that Making Memories & More in Siren offers crop/scrap nights pretty regularly.

I'm in Grantsburg, and wonder if any Burnett County (or Pine County, MN) crafters would consider getting together once in a while??  I have a ton of supplies/tools/rubber stamps that I would be willing to share/swap!  Mostly papercrafting right now, but I crochet, knit, embroider, cross stitch, sew, paint, bead, even did stained glass, so I don't discriminate on the craft medium!!! And my in-home studio is large enough to host gatherings. . .

Not sure how many other Craftster members there are in the area, but if you are lurking out there, post to this thread and we'll get acquainted!
