21  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: felted houndstooth LARGE purse on: April 17, 2006 09:49:20 AM
Love it!  The colors are perfect for Spring, and I really like the houndstooth pattern.  Is that Brown Sheep bulky?

I've just started fulling, and I am currently working on a modified Booga Bag with two strands of KnitPicks' Wool of the Andes held together.  It goes so quickly!  Anyway, thanks for sharing.

Wonderful!  I have the pattern and some yarn for Kiri, but haven't mustered up the wherewithall to start it.  I envy yours!

Excellent sweater, and thanks for the calculator links!  Clever idea to add the details to the front and sleeves - subtle, and a nice touch.
24  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Garter stitch scarf in Koigu & Kidsilk Haze on: April 05, 2006 09:20:18 AM

It's not anything fancy, but it sure is soft, warm, and lovely to look at.  I held together a strand of Koigu KPPPM in a green, variegated colorway and a strand of "Drab" Kidsilk Haze.  It's just over three inches wide, and almost ten feet long.  I needed a simple, satisfying project to get me over a knitting block, and this scarf did the trick.  Huzzah!
25  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Knitted Mailer Daemon! on: March 27, 2006 10:01:33 AM
OMG - I love it!  I need to knit a little daemon for our router to keep the good juju (and the Mbps) flowing!  Thanks for sharing.

Every time that I see this shawl I start to drool.   Shocked  It is SO lovely!  Remember - you never need an excuse to wear handknit lace - especially cashmere!

Very cute!  Your use of the buttons is what really gives the purse some style - great job.   Wink

NICE!  I love the sweater and the scarves!  The orange bobble one makes me giggle with glee.  I will gladly support your yarn habit when Kaitlyn gets posted.
