Here is the sock cat I made for louw, you cant see in the photo but her back had stripes and her eyes glowed in the dark. Stupidly I didnt take any photos of the extras I sent.

She has unfortunately decided to run away with the postman (you know what cats are like... run off with anyone who feeds them) so I have started a new monkey which I think will be better than the cat  Wink...if i can make it work .
I am hoping have the new one finished by Monday.

Sorry for the delay in posting, I have been trying to get good photos but this blooming gloomy weather and how early it gets dark has forbidden it. Angry Grr

I am slowly turning my bathroom in to a geeky wolverine themed room and so puzzled-penguin embroidered  this adorable wash bag for me with an angry wolverine on the front.
There were some really lovely bath products inside but my camera wouldnt focus on them

An amazing hoop for my wall

Now the photos dont show off how awesome this item is but i am so in love with it! My own wolverine hat

I made a mistake, its not a final fantasy hoop but its actually Howls moving castle themed, its Howl and Sophie  Grin  I also mentioned that I love the Studio Ghilbi movies

Sorry Butweed, but I still totally love it  Grin

I can see how it passes for FF.. I was going to leave everyone thinking that it was Wink.

Unbelievably my internet is working at home (slowly) so I can put up photos.

This is the awesome hoop I received from Bexster in my fav colour.

Close up to show details.

I cant wait to put it on my wall  Grin Thank you for a brill swap Bexster.

10  Babies name on hat in Needlework: Completed Projects by Butweed on: April 29, 2011 06:00:08 PM
My cousin Baby amber turns 1 tomorrow so I decided to embroidered her name on a shirt but with the lovely weather we have been having here in old blighty I changed my mind and put it on a tiny hat.

Im really chuffed with how this turned out. Im new to embroidery and this was my 4th project Smiley
I only used back stitch and one French knott for the top of the Crown.

(I did the b on a bus going to London so it got a bit wobbly Embarrassed)

Any helpful comments about how I can improve are always welcome... Especially if its about different stitches I could of used.
