1  Re: Tea Swap - The Gallery! in The Swap Gallery by LisasTeaTime on: September 26, 2019 09:52:36 PM
My package from Pam arrived this week and she positively spoiled me! For our tea swap, we decided to use a Halloween theme since it something we both love, she sent me not one, not two, but THREE fabulously embroidered tea towels, two lovely teas, the first of which I  am enjoying right now, an adorable Dia de los Muertos teacup set and a tea-rrific heart shaped tea steeper and a whole lot of little goodies! I spread it all out on the patio table this morning and took pics. Thank you Pam!

Here's my January Flower of the Month, I'm using a vintage pattern from Aunt Martha that I've long admired, thanks for putting this stitch-a-long together, Kittykill!

4  Re: Weekend Trick or Treat Swap 2017 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by LisasTeaTime on: November 02, 2017 11:00:30 AM
I love these Halloween swaps and this one was no exception! I really want to thank our admin kittykill and my partner StudioANF for being so supportive and kind to me during the send-out period for this swap. My husband was in a pretty bad car accident the night before mail-out while I was in the middle of finishing touches and the several days that followed we chaotic to say the least, as a result I didn't get my package in the mail until the just a few days before Halloween. Happily it got to my awesome partner in the nick of time and I was so relieved about that. BUT! I know there were several people who were working behind the scenes making Angel preparations just in case and I sincerely appreciate that. Craftsters are RAD!

Ok! On to the goodies! My wonderful partner spoiled me rotten, let's look!

Gaze upon this fabulous haul!

This is the goodie bag she made for me! Is this brilliant or what?? I had to bring it to work on Halloween and show it off to all my coworkers!

She also made me these adorable candy corns! I think we both have a soft spot for this candy!

And again with this haul, look at all my goodies! That Spirograph! The Marching Mummy! The Halloween Noise machine! The little kitty paw note pads! And of course all that delicious candy!

Yes indeedy, I lucked out! Thank you, Nicole, I LOVE everything!!!

I received my Trick or Treat package from artsycandice yesterday and can't wait to share pictures of the booty!

When I first opened the box, greeted with a card, a skully and a hint of what was to come...

Goody bag!

Stickers and candy and ribbon, oh my! Candles and floating eye and rad labels, oh my!

But wait, what this!?

A Candy Corn monster, run for your life!

Errgh, arrgh!

He's trying to make off with my loot!

This guy is great! The whole package is great, thank you artsycandice!!

I love him!

6  Re: Twinches Needlework Swap Gallery in The Swap Gallery by LisasTeaTime on: June 10, 2014 12:24:38 PM
This is the wonderful twinchie that I received from fiberartsy! It's everything that I love, my Vespa, rainbows and abundant cuteness all in one! It's so perfect for me! As soon as I took this picture I hung it on the wall. I love it, love it, love it! Also included was a picture of her little one whom I adore! I love getting to see him grow and change from all the way across the country, he's the cutest little bug ever. I love the internet!

7  Re: Twinches Needlework Swap Sign Up 5/15-5/22, Send Out 6/23/14 in ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED by LisasTeaTime on: May 21, 2014 02:58:37 PM
Anyone here heard of 39 Squares?

I took part in that 39 Squares project a few years back, it was a blast! These were some of my first bits of embroidery, and I've gone on to do lots better things, but this is still one of my favorites. It's kind of mixed up and crazy, but I think that's why it holds a soft spot for me. I was 35 years old when I did this project, so I only did 35 squares.  Smiley

9  Re: Crockpot Recipes and Tips in Recipes and Cooking Tips by LisasTeaTime on: January 16, 2014 11:07:33 AM
craftylittlemonkey I happen to have a copy of this recipe here at work because I've brought it to potlucks (always a homerun, there's never any left to take home!), and a few coworkers wanted it as well. I scanned the recipe it into a picture file, I hope you can read it okay and maybe even print it. Here ya go, enjoy!! Don't forget the ice cream, it takes this cake to a whole other level! Grin

10  Re: 2013 Christmas Tree Along! in Winter Holidays by LisasTeaTime on: December 09, 2013 09:29:53 AM
What a fun topic, I LOVE seeing everyone's trees! This year I sprung for a noble fir, I've always wanted one, but they're usually just too spendy. This year, my niece is coming home for Christmas (she'll be here in two days - eeep!) so I decided there would never be a better reason, woohoo! So anyway, this is our main tree in the family room, we have two others, that I don't have pictures of yet; a Star Wars/ice hockey tree that I do up for mu hubby, and a white/candy colored tree in that's usually in my craft room, but this year the guest room to brighten up the space my niece will be staying in. Good times! And, whew! A lot of work!  Grin Tongue

Anyways, my tree!
