1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Do iron-on transfers and comforters mix? on: December 28, 2009 07:09:19 PM
I have a combo home office / guest bedroom with white + black furniture and accessories with a great murphy bed that my husband made.  For the murphy bed I'd like to take a basic white comforter and iron on some 0's and 1's (like a bitstream) in a graphic pattern.

I was really excited about this until I remembered my past experiences with iron-ons where parts of characters didn't transfer over correctly.  I don't want to have to go through dozens of comforters so does anyone have any ideas how to best do this or any tips when working with iron-on transfers?

Thanks in advance!
