1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Coasters on: December 24, 2010 07:38:40 PM
I sewed coasters with some fabric I had laying around the house. I used this tutorial:http://cupcakesandcrinoline.com/2010/01/sew-happy-30-minute-coasters/ . They're super easy and a good thing to have.

2  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Ipod Case on: December 24, 2010 07:34:25 PM
Today I made a cute Ipod case with this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVEZWBDRx7c that I love. I also randomly made a change purse to match.

3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Cute Purse on: December 23, 2010 01:17:17 PM
My friend gave me an Amy Butler purse pattern with everything I needed to make it (so sweet!). I was a bit hesitant because I never use patterns cause I think they are a pain and hard to follow. But Amy's are great! It was so easy and it actually looks good. FYI I used the Birdie Sling pattern.

Here is the site (there are some free patterns on it!):

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Spandex Shorts Tutorial Link! on: December 22, 2010 02:58:27 PM
I play volleyball so I love to wear spandex, but they are so expensive. I came across this video tutorial on youtube of how to make them, and they turned out great! I am definitely making more.

5  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Woven Magazine Container on: December 22, 2010 09:53:42 AM
I made this with just magazines and shipping tape! You just rip out pages from a magazine, fold them repeatedly into strips of desired width, weave the strips together, laminate with tape and then attach the five sides together (four sides and a bottom) with the tape so it forms a box shape.

6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Patriotic Tablecloth on: December 22, 2010 09:27:26 AM
My grandma needed a red, white and blue tablecloth. So I went to walmart (woohoo) and picked up some fabric and ribbon. It cost 15 dollars for the supplies (she has a big table so it cost more) and it was pretty easy to make. I had never sewed a tablecloth before so I think it turned out pretty good.

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Ravens Belt on: January 17, 2010 05:11:08 AM
I made this belt for my aunt because she loves the ravens. All I needed was ravens fabric, interfacing, and a belt loop.

10  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Paper Clip Ring on: January 09, 2010 05:09:58 PM
All you need is 3 large red paper clips, 1 large green, and pliers. You just wrap the red ones around and shape the green to go on your finger and make a leaf.
