I usually don't spin so much but my pregnant nesting urges are channeling themselves onto my spinning.  I also have an electric wheel it makes for fast mindless work.

Ooo nutmeg I'm really diggin how that navajo plied turned out.

Here's my weeks work...
110 yds Superwash BFL

faux angora

50% sw merino/tencel all skeins 50-60 yds

And i split them up, made them into wee center pull cakes, and wrapped them

Hello, i'm new here.  I'm a mod over on the Threadbanger boards but there's little to no fiber artists on the board to share with.  Soooo after a long mental debate about being a craft forum traitor i decided to join.

I've been dying spinning bamboo mostly this week. 
Here's a pic of my roving dry, i dyed a lb at once and after a hour of rinsing i got lazy and decided to braid it up and wash it in my machine.....on the heavy setting.  It was a big mistake.   It was still salvagable but i lost good amount of fiber to mats.
