Sooo sweet. I love the subliminal message. Also, I would have never guessed this was your second project. Rock on!

I'm pretty much in love with this. Your thread combination is insanely wonderful.

CJ my husband and I went to a play at a local university on v-day when we first got married, it was great!

Pops that sounds AWESOME! Post pics!

Crafty - You just reminded me of my overdue fines, accckkk! When you are so busy doing home remodeling and everything sometimes the library books get overdue, time to find a crafty solution!

I got an awesome book yesterday called Applique Your Way, and am very excited about trying out some of the suggestions. I also made my crafty spreadsheet -- or at least the beginning of it. I have 4 embroidery projects I need to finish by the end of Feb, 2 for swaps, 1 for a bday present and 1 for work. I think I may try freezer paper stencils for the bday present one though as embroidery can take awhile!

I'm a little overwhelmed with the amount of stuff going on this weekend. My husband and I started a diet (sparkpeople.com) because when we were thinking what to make for v-day we realized we'd rather start living healthier than indulging in cakes and dinners out. How romantic is that!

I'll be going to work and crafting. Sigh working at a craft studio is so lame ;-)

I am going to make a crafty spreadsheet of all the projects I want to complete, or start, in 2010.

I wrote to my friend about the baby clothes and she was fine with it as long as they're nice looking. Well, of course I'd pick the nice looking ones!! :-)

Can't wait to have my own kiddos, have to live vicariously through my friends for now.

Do you guys think it is OK to give cute baby onesies at a shower if they're from the thrift store but look new? I dont have kids yet, but I know *I* wouldn't have a problem with it if it was for me. What do you think?

I don't have a dishwasher! I think that it's relatively frugal and green to wash by hand. My question is : Do I cook less because I don't like the dishes piling up, and does this make not owning a dish washer more expensive??

Conundrum...  Huh
7  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Ratchet and Clank napkins on: December 15, 2009 05:57:58 PM
Hello! I made these Ratchet and Clank napkins for my brother for Christmas.

Here is the image I used to base my doodles on:

Thanks for looking!

SOOOOOOOOOOO cute! My sister and I had two cloth books when we were young. One was bound like this, and one was bound with soft rope through grommits.

Wonderful job!

LOL I love it! Your DH is wackier than mine.

I agree, the shiny peacock color was totally meant to show off chest hair!
