1  The little red dress that make men fall in "love" in Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects by jealousdoll on: April 20, 2012 04:01:38 PM
I made this dress for a gaming event. I am a larp nerd. I wore this as my Tremere to the Red Party. I didn't have a pattern and I made it one night. I got so many compliments at the event, and my friends begged me to wear it out in public so they could see it...and I got so many compliments from them and strange men that I decided to wear it more then once. I hated the dress at first, I thought it was crap. People's reactions to me wearing totally changed my mind. Unfortunately I only have two pictures of me in the bathroom trying it on during construction and then me goofing around in it drunk. Hahaha. I will post away and let you guys be the judge.

Here is with a black belt that I took off another dress that is too big for me.

I'm doing what has now become standard for this dress, drunken shennaigans. Smiley

Here is the dress when I first tried it one. I wasn't sure if I was going to wear it with the belt at this time. The belt was kind of a last minute choice.

Here is the bookmark that shdwstrm sent me. Thanks for recrafting it, and again sorry my mom sent it back to you.

Heres is the front side, including a package of bookmarks from Canada she sent me. Yay. Sorry if the pictures are crappy and hard to see. I used my sis's camera after scanning them failed to work out for me. Haha, the dates on her camera are off!

Here is the backside. The bunnies are so cute.

It's a nice quote I havn't read before, but it's pretty fitting for the swap I think.
Thanks shdwstrm, I finally have a handcrafted bookmark of my own.

4  Star Trek Red Shirt Scarf! in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by jealousdoll on: December 31, 2009 10:27:39 PM
I made this for my husband for Christmas this year. The backside is this tan fuzzy fleece and the red side is flannel.
Here is a close up of the detailing on the scarf.

This is me with it wrapped around my neck. It's pretty big.

He got a real big kick out of this.
What do you guys think?
