Why don't you email Burda to ask if they know where the fabric came from? I'm not sure what happens but someone must have a link with the fabric sellers.

I totally did... 3 times! Noone ever emailed me back so I called them and it was all in German (I called the number off the english version of the site too) Thanks though!

ever screenprinted?  you could print your own... it'd probably take like 4 or 5 different screens, but you could definitely do it.

Yeah, when I was in college but now I dont have acess to the stuff. Totally wish I did though, it would be fun to do. Its from a Burda pattern... so like, that had to have found it already made somewhere right?

My favorite place to get clothes EVER! They go up to a size 25 and Inseams up to a 37' in most of their pants/jeans which rocks my world since I am 6'1, insist on wearing heels, and wear a size 20.
Their stuff is pretty good... Everything is pretty cute and trendy and you can find some awesome basics too. Sizes tend to vary by brand so once you find a perfect fit try to like, stick to it. Oh, and you get freeeeeee shipping if you spend over 75 bucks!

i love it. so you printed on an ink jet printer on to the transferable paper?

no... I ironed on applique paper to scraps of old tshirts... then cut out the shapes and peeled off the back of the paper then ironed the hearts and such onto the shirt.

All the shapes are cut out of other pieces of other old shirts.

Does that make sence? I suck at explaining things.

I would die to have this. Mind if I ask how much all the supplies cost you?

No, dont mind at all. My Gram gave me 2 40% off coupons for Joanns so I ended up getting quite a deal...

I got,

6 yards solid pink
6 Yards pink plaid
4 yards White
1 yard interfacing
3 Spools of pink satin ribbon
Black and Yellow felt
and Pink thread
Oh, and a new pair of scissors

and the grand total was 58 dollars. (thats not too bad right? considering its king size?) I guess it would cost alot more if it was smaller. Hope that helps!

GREAT JOB!!!!!  that is worth the tradeoff (no men....?)  well, it's a good way to screen a man into your bed.  if he really loves/wants/will put up with you etc etc!

Aww, that is a VERY good way at looking at it! Smiley

That's awesome!!  And you must be training him very well if he tolerates the shirt AND the sitting still for pictures!  Wink  Such a cute dog!

Yeah, my mom had him in all kinds of classes. He actually just got his "therapy dog" certification. We get to take him to hospitals and stuff. I cant wait for that. I definitly plan on making him more clothes to wear for when we go visit places. Smiley

You are being waaaaay too modest--that is adorable!  ARe you saying that you free-handed Kitty's face, or did you have a pattern?  It's pinkalicious!

I free handed it. I went to Ringling School of Art and Design and majored in Illustration. Drawings is pretty much the only thing Im good at. lol. I just woke up, Im gonna go find my mom and show her. She hasnt seen it yet!

I made my puppy (Yes, believe it or not he IS a puppy... not quite 1 yet) a tshirt. The logo on the back is my brothers hockey team the Pittsburgh Hornets. Watching him prance around in this shirt was quite amusing. I think Im going to make him a Batman costume for Halloween. Anyone else have any good ideas of what theyre going to make for halloween?
