those are cute cards!

is it too impersonal to print up address labels?  If not I'd suggest starting now, if you  haven't done so already set up an Excel spreadsheet to do all the heavy lifting.  That way you can have a reference to what you send to whom, where to send things, and when the responses come back you can do a head count.  I found this extremely helpful when i got married since i was in california and his and my family were back in the mid-west.  This also can aid for the bridal shower to take notes on who gave you what, etc.  Then after the wedding log gifts to write TY notes and check off what's done, etc.

That would make a cute ornament!

I'm thinking instead of gluing i would put two slits in the card to thread the candy cane through.

back in the late 80's early 90's i was into fabric painting - nothing artistic just fun and here's what i did after i found out he had to have his name stenciled on his clothing (he's in the navy).  I took a pair of boxers and had his last name airbrushed on them.

other underwear fun i had:  i got a iron transfer with warner bros. cartoons and put PePe LePew on the ass-end of one pair and put hand prints on ass-end of another.  He.wore.them.out.

37  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: two old license plates? on: November 27, 2005 12:25:05 PM
