Well... Jacksonville is a really big small town. There really isn't alot here, but there's alot here. It's sort of an enigma in it's own right. Everything is pretty much geared towards the military, and places for them to spend their money. Living here is okay, but, sometimes I wish I lived closer ti Wilmington.
I've lived here for a for a few years. I can't say that I've ever been to the thrift store on base or the one at Infant of Prauge, but I guess I will have to go now! :-)

Anybody know if there are any crafting groups going on here? I'm a newbie with just about everything, but I'm trying to be more frugal/crafty with everything. I would love to get together with other people and learn some new stuff! :-)

I wish I could find some crafting groups in Jacksonville too.. if you happened to run across anything plz let me know.. Shocked)

Oh wow I think I could manage that! I think I need to find a class just to be on the safe side. For some reason cutting glass makes me nervous... Thanks for the class idea.. I'm going to start looking for one now.

These are so pretty! I love the colors and your designs! How hard is working with glass? I want to learn but I don't think there is a place for me to learn around here.   Sad
