Thanks everyone. My wonderful handy husband makes the frames for all of my projects.
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / A Different Take on Wine Corks Cork Board on: December 14, 2018 09:41:54 AM
My niece asked for a cork board for Christmas and this is what I came up with.  After I finished gluing in the corks I decided the spacing was strange so I added colorful wood beads...I love the hidden pop of color.

I also made her some succulent thumb tacks

They are not real but its awesome that you thought so.  I make them out of pinecones and seed pods.

5  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Re: Ornament Wreath on: December 09, 2018 06:53:58 AM
Thanks guys.  I made it by starting with a hay wreath that I used flower pins to attach 4 rows of bulbs and then I fit in the little ones with high temp hot glue.  You have to use the high temp or it doesnt hold.

I decided to embrace Christmas in Florida. The wreath is made of 214 vintage ornaments and 37 new ornaments (yes I counted as I made it lol)

7  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Hurricane Irma Art on: August 21, 2018 07:21:18 AM
I have bunch of wood I salvaged after Hurricane Irma and I thought putting fish on some of the pieces would look cool...I think it works.  The fish are made of clay that I then painted.

8  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / "Succulent" Driftwood Wreath on: August 12, 2018 05:53:06 AM
Yup another one lol.  I decided to see if the pine cones would work with driftwood...I'd say yes they do lol.  This is a wreath I made years ago and change it from season to season...though I may be done with that and just keep it this way since it really turned out cool looking.
