Thanks! This was a fun project! I didnt have time to get into as much detail and I had originally wanted but it came out great! My daughter had fun Trick or Treating.  We're big fans over here too...I think my daughter has almost all her friends converted..LOL

13  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Weeping Angel and TARDIS on: November 02, 2012 06:05:24 AM
My daughter begged to be a Weeping Angel this year. How could I say "No!" LOL So we headed over to the craft store, picked a pattern, and some fabric. I had to think about how I was going to make her look like a statue and ended up buying some spray fabric paint which works great! Except that your finger hurts after awhile of pumping...LOL I ended up going back and buying a small can of white spray paint to kind of help fill in the spaces.
Also made a TARDIS trick or treat bag. No pattern for that, I just looked up a pic of the TARDIS and went from there.

My Daughter in her finished costume, she loved it! And Trick or Treating was soo much fun this year!

Oh the fun of laying out patterns :-)

All I have left is to hem.

Starting the spray painting. I actually did this outside, of course I picked a windy day right? lol
