2041  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Star Swap (SIGNUP 12/27/10-1/24/11 ; MAIL BY 2/23/11) on: January 31, 2011 09:38:01 AM
Yay! All present and accounted for  Smiley

Sheesh, you guys are fast crafters. I've got the flu and am not feeling well enough to even craft  Shocked I only have 1 small done. But I do have lots of ideas floating around. I hope they work out...

That flu travels the world, I'm in Norway and my whole family was hit by it. Horrible to have sick children while you don't even want to stay up from bed, but everybody survived, I'm sure you will as well, there is still time Smiley
2042  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Labyrinth Swap on: January 29, 2011 03:23:35 PM
To bad that no one has managed to organize this yet, and I'm not allowed until I have two positive swaps, I'm currently on my second. If nobody has adopted this in by that time I'll take it.

There is dry glue on all my fingers (except one pinky) I just love this swap. I know that when the end comes I'll have a difficult time letting go of the items, there will be a long and tearful goodbye and then I'll wait until my baby arrives to its new home Sad *sob* how is it possible that people parts with the things they make? is there any support group for this kind of problem?

Oooh I've always wanted a jar filled with sand so badly Smiley

kilograms, difficult if you want to send a jar filled with sand Tongue I always try to make light weight stuff. And we don't have any fat rate boxes that are free here, unfortunately, but I still manage to send gifts out of the country.

And I'm not restricted to Europe only, I know there is a big chance I will ship world wide when I sign up for swaps.

I just hope there are some people who are willing to pay the shipping to the Czech republic Cheesy

You and me both, It's it's not easy living part of the world. Most times I end up paying more for the postage than the actual items.

that is so cute Cheesy
I like it that she doesn't have a face, not only is it difficult to make it so tiny but it could ruin her face, I think she has some kind of charm now Cheesy

it's so sad that I have a boy, would have loved to make a doll house.

It's amazing the house, you two should be sooooo proud, I remember when I was young I made myself doll houses, none were even close to this since I was extremely young, but I'm sure you feel the same way as I did, and what a lucky daughter.
2050  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 58 ENTRIES / Re: Harry Potter inspired "The Burrows" or the Weasley Home on: January 06, 2011 02:55:57 PM
ok, I'm amazed of course, but pissed, sort of at least. Why? because if December hadn't turned out to be hectic and horrible I would have made the burrows as well, I had actually started, only to realize that the ending of last year would be like the rest of that year where I almost wanted to kill myself (not literally of course)
I can totally understand the same dress thing, and now I won't even try to make my house for next year if they decide to have the same challenge because I don't want to have the label 'copycat'

Phew, sorry for my rambling.

I think your house looks amazing, and I love all the details! all the strange windows and details, just have to say that again because the details...! AMAZING! You rock!
