So many great projects and stories, living in a boat, amazing, and becoming an aunt! Lots of happy news. I also enjoy looking at all the different projects, now that I'm feeling like I'm not too behind on my studies I hope to be able to return a little more to the land of crafts.

Class/Challenge/House Pride: Floo bermuda triangle
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Bee mandala
Brief Description: I've wanted to make some easy art lately but I don't have time to sit and draw so I decided to make a quick-ish mandala inspired by bees. I like this so much I think I'll use it in a paper cutting project in the future.

2  Gingerbread Bakery Dollhouse (Pic heavy) in CHALLENGE 122 ENTRIES by TheArtsyRaven on: January 08, 2018 03:05:41 AM
Most of December was stressful for me, and I hadn't planned to participate in this challenge, but ended up doing it as therapy, and it worked.

I present to you my Gingerbread Bakery Dollhouse, because I can't have a real dollhouse just yet.

How could I make a cute bakery and not add a cute scooter?

My son was the proud creator of the cake next to the cash register, it was his third attempt, the first two being way too big for this house.

In the bakery there is a round table with chairs, and a three tier cake stand with cookies, macarons and a Swedish princess cake.

By the window there are three shelves. On the top shelf there are small baguettes, croissants and some pastries with cream on top. On the second shelf there are three different kinds of doughnuts, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. On the third shelf I made napoleon cakes on a stand, a white wedding cake and croquembouche.

The second floor is dedicated to the bedroom. The bed and rug were both hand painted with food colour, and the vanity has a lot of tiny details, a vase with roses, hair brush, mirror, vintage perfume and nail polishes.

We received craftylittlemonkey's parcel today and we're all loving it.
My son was so happy about all the items, but his favourite is the pizza. Every piece is already hanging on the tree, and we're finally starting to have enough handmade stuff to stop using the store bought items.

Finally I was able to take a semi decent picture of my tiny hp creature.

This is my third time swapping with Ruby Copperhead, I have Severus and Lucius from before, and now I have a first year Blaise Zabini, another of my favourite characters.

He's really amazing, and Ruby Copperhead has outdone herself. Not only did Blaise receive a wonderful robe, with a hoodie, but he also have a tie and a collar. I love my tiny stuffie Cheesy

(Sorry for the still bad picture, this time there was no light at all)

The gallery is amazing you guys, I love so many of the projects, great job everyone!

7  Re: Ongoing ATC Swap - February 2012's GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by TheArtsyRaven on: March 15, 2012 12:44:27 PM
Pilarfarmer posted the picture of my lovely ATC, but I'm going to post it myself as well Cheesy

He is one of my favourite monsters Cheesy Always have a thing for the stupid characters, not sure why.

And then I received my mandykaye. She decided to go with my haunted house theme and made me a cute ATC (I know it's not Halloween anymore, but I love those houses)

I love the gallery, well done everyone!

I had started to fear the last ATC wouldn't reach me, luckily it did, over a week ago (just been too tired to do much lately)

Here it is from c*lientje
She chose the theme Mythology and drew 'day and night', I love that I can flip it around Cheesy

My hubby's great grandmother passed away on Friday, and that completely changed my weekend plans. I apologize for not being able to update anyone, it's a difficult time for his family, especially since they lost another family member 8 months ago.

At least things starts to go back to normal. Everyone that has received/sent will have their status updated as soon as I can, hopefully by Friday.

I love the gallery so far, and Im really glad you like your items Cheesy

I received my lovely swap items a while ago, but a lot has happened and I haven't been able to upload the pictures, sorry annamaize.
And sorry for all the pictures, I just love my things Cheesy

The items before my fingers couldn't hold themselves anymore (sorry for the crappy pictures, it was late at night)

Here is the lovely box Cheesy C is for my name, Codruta. I love the colours, and the design, and especially the dots Cheesy

She sent me some things I can use (already using one Cheesy )

And BUTTONS!!! (I'm sort of obsessed with buttons, especially love the metal ones"

She also sent me a book Cheesy that I noticed has the (almost) same image that I used for this swap. Except that someone photo manipulated the image I used. And an etched glass, which is currently in use Tongue

She made these lovely pins Cheesy Have plans for three of them later this week. They are adorable.

AND NOW!!! The two items I love the most (both because of the story and the skill she has) Two lavender filled smelly bags (what was the word again?) The only difficult thing is how to place them, because I don't want to split Anne Elliot and Frederick Wentworth again. They are my favourite characters from Jane Austen (strangely enough more than Pride and Prejudice). I love annamaize and her skill

Late as always, but I'm finally here. Stress, sickness mixed with a few days of laziness and I'm behind on my plans.

Some have posted the ATC's I have received Cheesy thanks. Love all my ATC's so far.

Here are the rest.

Indigo_roses sent me a cute monster Cheesy love the purple fur ball.

lizziew sent me this amazing ATC with art inspired by Alphonse Mucha, love the soft colours

This is an amazing Halloween house papercut with two popup gravestones on from mistressH, I love the house Cheesy

I received a second papercut ATC from michelleandbean Cheesy with orange openings, looks like they are glowing Tongue

Mountains and Clouds drew this circus tent by using a graphic program and then printing it out Cheesy I love the surrealistic feel of it. And she sent me an extra that is painted with acrylics I think, it's really cute.

I think these are all that haven't been posted for December. I love them all you guys Cheesy Have to join the February round, since January is still only stress for me
