I love these, but I already told you that on DIY.
2  Texas / Texas: North Central / Re: Where do I sell my craft items at in Denton?? on: November 03, 2009 08:51:51 PM
I do not personally have anything in stores, but I know there is a craft/antique shop at the corner of 288 and 35 that seems to have steady traffic. Not sure what your style is, but there a a few mom and pop shops left in the downtown area (near the college).
The Denton Arts and Jazz festival is very popular, I do not think it is a juried show, but they get a lot of traffic.
I hope that gives you a starting point. Good luck!

4  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenges / Re: Craft Challenge #45 - Super Ugly to Super Awesome Round 2 - Due Dec 1 - Dec 5 on: November 02, 2009 11:26:00 AM
I was not around for the 07 challenge so this is new to me. It sounds absolutely fabulous.

I do have a question, does the item(s) have to retain their original use or style (not sure this is the right word for what I am asking). For example, if someone found a hideous painting, does the original art still need to be visible? Or a dress does it still need to be a dress or even a piece of clothing? I might be thinking too much into this, but it would be my first challenge so I do not want to mess anything up.
