Your Welcome!
I hope it helps you out. Seems alot easier than using cross stitch patterns, although I would be lying if I said I didnt have that same idea at one point! Than I found knitpro and things have never been the same   Grin

You could try   http://www.microrevolt.org/knitPro/
I got this link from a fellow craftster. Pretty self-explanatory.
Enter desired grid size, and the 'crochet' option and you should get a pretty decent graph.

45  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: where is your favorite place to buy yarn? on: June 30, 2009 02:00:42 PM
I wish I had a LYS that was not only affordable, but had a great selection. There is only one in my city and its a hole in the wall craft shop with a billion other things and maybe a dozen skeins of yarn. TOTAL... no joke. On top of that, she charges an arm and leg.

To tell you the truth, I get a GREAT value at Walmart. I'm not saying their selection is all that great compared to other stores, but their prices are the cheapest I've found around my area. (I'm from Massachusetts.)
They have a fairly decent assortment, but nothing to get excited about. But I like to go there for large amounts when I'm making multiples of things, or when I need alot of the same color for afghans and whatnot.

If I'm looking for a huge variety of yarn at a fairly cheap price, then my next choice would be AC Moore. I don't know if its just my area, but I find Michael's to be WAY more expensive than AC Moore or Jo-Ann Fabrics. Not just with yarn but with all my other craft supplies, such as scrapbooking, clay, paint etc.

One skein of RedHeart Super Saver is 2.47$ at Walmart compared to roughly 3.50$ at AC Moore or about 4$ or more at Michaels. At Jo-Ann it ranges from about 3$ to close to 4$ a skein. Although I find the Eco-Cotton is the cheapest at Jo-Ann fabrics than anywhere else. (once again, that is in stores around here.)
Jo-Ann fabrics is awesome for my hooks and notions. I've found hooks SOO cheap and even the books are great prices.

Now I have to confess, I don't order online so I have NO clue if all this would be different if you bought it online. I dont know what kind of sales they have or if there are "online only" items.... or if they have discounts on shipping... I have no clue.
I usually just keep my eye out on the in-store sales and stock up when they roll around.

46  UNITED STATES / Massachusetts / South Eastern Massachusetts?? on: June 27, 2009 12:01:28 AM
I did some searching myself but with no luck...
Does anyone know where I can get together with a craft group/class/meet up in the south eastern MA area?

I love pretty much all kinds of crafts (crochet, scrapbooking, clay sculpture) but crochet is my favorite at the moment!

If anyone has any good sites to check out, or any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated. There is really nothing around my city (Fall River) and I'm just looking for a group to get together with.

If all else fails, I guess I will look into starting up my own group.
