36  FIBER ARTS / Weaving: Completed Projects / Re: Navy Silk Scarf on: January 14, 2018 12:37:50 PM
I can't even fathom how this is done!! It's stunning and looks like it could have come off the rack at a super fancy designer store.
37  FIBER ARTS / Weaving: Completed Projects / Re: Moth Man! on: January 14, 2018 12:33:17 PM
So cool!! Love the way you did the sunset. It makes for a great backdrop for moth man to pop.

I'd really like to try weaving this year...especially seeing this great inspiration Smiley. Do you have any tips or resources you used that helped you get started?

Congratulations on all the new additions to your family, mel!! What happy news. These blankets are really lovely and it's sweet that you all have matching ones. I like that the colors are vibrant!
39  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Stash Busting Placemats with Tim Holtz Fabrics on: January 14, 2018 11:57:25 AM
These turned out great. I like the fabrics and the neutral colors - they'll go with anything!! Add me to the list of crafters feeling inspired by this project Smiley. I really want to get back into quilting and this could be a good way to get started.
